All payments are processed through PayPal. You can pay using debit, credit, or your PayPal account.

All orders are usually processed within 2 business days.

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us ASAP so we can assist you. Please be sure to include your full name and order number.

While most products sold by us have a return option, there are a few exceptions. That would include made to order or items sold for parts or repair only. Please refer to the listing for details about its return eligibility. As always, all products have a warranty against errors caused by us.

All orders will have a tracking number provided to the customer.

You are correct, however, users may not have the knowledge, resources, or time to locate, download, and put it on a disc or USB drive. This is also useful for those with limited internet access or for those who has an older computer that can no longer access the internet. If you have the knowledge or experience to obtain the software freely, this option is not for you.
